Maceration: about 20 days maceration.
Aging: in natural caves of volcanic tuff, in French oak barrels for at least 12 months and more 12 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: about 14 degrees.
- Color: Ruby red with vivid purple hue, bright and impenetrable
- Nose: The nose is complex and characterized by aromas of small black berries in jam, licorice, carob and greek hay on a spicy background.
- Taste: The taste is powerful and smooth, characterized by velvety tannins and a long finish and pleasant balsamic.
Food matching: Excellent with red and wild roast meat and riped cheeses.
