Grapes: 100% Aglianico del Vulture.
Harvest time: first decade of October.
Maceration: maceration of about two days, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Aging: in natural caves of volcanic tufo, in French oak barrels of several steps, for at least 12 months.
Alcohol content: about 14 degrees.
Tasting notes:
- Color: Pink, crystal clear, shiny.
- Nose: The nose reveals aromas of red berries on a carpet of pleasant notes of dried flowers and spice.
- Taste: The taste is fresh and enveloping, with input soft and lingering accompanied by constant references fruity and floral.
Food matching: Extremely versatile food wine with meat or fish. Requires preparation of mediumbodied, from appetizers to cheese
