Description
Grapes: 100% Aglianico del Vulture.
Harvest time: first decade of October.
Maceration: about 6 days maceration and vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel and responds to a type and model of processing and type of wine more "traditional".
Aging: in natural caves of volcanic tuff, in French oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Alcohol content: about 14 degrees.
Tasting notes:
- Color: Intense ruby red color.
- Nose: It has a elegant nose of fresh red fruit with spice hints.
- Taste: the palate is rich, full, with very fine tannins that give length and persistence. Fresh, pleasant, fragrant, has a beautiful structure and a final full reminiscent of fresh fruit.
Food matching: Excellent with boiled soups, pasta dishes served with meat sauce and mature cheeses.
