Grapes: White vinification of Aglianico del Vulture, Moscato, Malvasia and Chardonnay in equal parts.
Harvest time: last half of August.
Maceration: stainless steel tube with controlled temperature maceration.
Aging: bottle aging for 2 months.
Alcohol content: about 13°.
- Color: pale yellow crystal.
- Nose: scents of almond and fresh exotic fruits: pineapple, mango and papaya.
- Taste: strong flavour and pleasant freshness accompanied by a carpet of light fruity and green.
Food matching: fish dishes in general. Particularly suitable with raw seafood, aperitif, crustaceans and freshwater fish
